Appearance: Amilcar stands around 5' 3" and weights 126#, he is toned in build, and his skin is a Bronze color.

He has white hair which always looks tussled and wind blown from riding air currents.

His emerald green eyes show his intelligence, but they seem to hide a distant pain. He has a scar over his left eye from a battle with a group of kobolds.

He takes great pride in his wings they are white and well groomed. He has a 13' Wingspan.

He wears brown trousers made from the finest leather, a shirt of white silk, and a forest green tunic of fine wool embroidered with silver filigry and a silver griffon emblazoned on the back.

The Griffon is the Symbol of the Royal House of Swiftwing.
Personality: Amilcar seems to be an easy going person likes to talk and is articulate in conversation, his voice is melodic and soothing, but can be firm when reprimandng his students. He is charismatic and captivateing, most find it hard not to listen when he speeks.

When not in class he can be found rideing the best currents, which is his passion, or sittng around the Oasis enjoying the wind in his face.

Due to the manner of his fathers death, Amilcar has an "evil" mind when it comes to Green Dragons. Mostly as a teacher he can keep his affinity to a minimum around his students, but still has trouble around the real deal.
Background: Amilcar is the second youngest of Quadruplets, the youngest of which died at birth along with his mother during child birth, his father died in battle against a Green Dragon. He was raised by his uncle the Patriarch of the Winged Elves. His uncle made sure he had the best education available in the Winged Elf Society.

He has an older brother and sister, his uncle has no heirs, and when his brother was declaired his succesor Amilcar came to tha Acadamy.

Originally Amilcar came to the Acadamy to learn about the World outside the Winged Elf Society, but it was soon evident that the rest of the world knew less about his society than he knew of theirs. Putting aside his personal agenda he desided to become a teacher.
Along with his time in the Royal Court Amilcar was a Lt. in the Royal Air Force and has come to the Acadamy to learn and to show the World that Winged Elves are here and can be a useful ally.
