Have you ever dreams about playing a half-dragon. Then you should check this place out. It is an RPG where you write what/how your character reacts/interact with other character (or NPCs). This site is still under construction.

The rouges are thiefs and assasins, specializing in stealth blows, hiding in shadows open locks, and picking pockets among other thinks. They are not all dishonest, but most people tends to distrust them, and any good rouge in their eyes is a rouge not close to them.

Picking pockets is an essential skill for thieves. It includes stealing small objects, done by light touch and sleight of hand. The thief also knows how to open locks and other security devices. The character is also skilled at finding and removing small traps, such as needle traps, springing blades, and other traps which could be used to protect a chest or other small container (not trapped doors, hallways, and other large-scale traps).

Moving silently is an essential part of the character's stealth abilities. The thief can also hide in shadows, provided that there are shadows (and therefore light--the character is not invisible to infravision in total darkness) and the character is properly attired.

All rouges learn to speak “Thieves’ Cant.” It’s a limited and silence languages that mostly is used for planning jobs, and tell secrets to each other, that nobody else must know.

They mostly use sorts of leather armors, though some thinks that armor isn’t that great and use cloth. That is those people who rely on not getting hit at all, and they think that armor is in the way of their movements.

Since they are rouges they mostly use short weapons, like hidden throwing knives, daggers and so on. They never learn to use larger weapons than short swords, and its not many using them, as they are too heavy and a rouge doesn’t use their strength much, but use their intelligence to plan their jobs, being able to learn all those skills they are learning. They also use their agility to sneak past people, and their sleight of hand.

Interaction with Dragons:
Rogues often choose to bond with shadow or deep dragons as they tend to be able to move silently and hiding from anything they do not wish to find them. This ability is transferred to the Rogue, so that he/she may become much better at his/her trait. Should the Rogue and dragon be separated for longer periods, then the Rogue looses his/her granted abilities.

PostSubject: The Rogues Abilities   Wed Mar 26, 2008 4:39 pm

The Rogues Abilities
Weapon and Armor Proficiency Rogues are proficient with all simple weapons, plus the hand crossbow, rapier, sap, shortbow, and short sword. Rogues are proficient with light armor, but not with shields.

Sneak Attack A rogue can sneak attack only living creatures with discernible anatomies — undead, constructs, oozes, plants, and incorporeal creatures lack vital areas to attack. The rogue must be able to see the target well enough to pick out a vital spot and must be able to reach such a spot. A rogue cannot sneak attack while striking a creature with concealment or striking the limbs of a creature whose vitals are beyond reach.

Evasion A rogue can avoid even magical and unusual attacks with great agility. Evasion can be used only if the rogue is wearing light armor or no armor. A helpless rogue does not gain the benefit of evasion.

Trap Sense A rogue gains an intuitive sense that alerts her to danger from traps, giving her an ability to avoid traps.

Uncanny Dodge a rogue can react to danger before her senses would normally allow her to do so. This defense denies another rogue the ability to sneak attack the character by flanking her.

Slippery Mind This ability represents the rogue’s ability to wriggle free from magical effects that would otherwise control or compel her. If a rogue with slippery mind is affected by an enchantment spell she can avoid the effect once per battle.

Special Languages: None.
